The Tower ending: Why is my male V acting like Judy's ex-boyfriend?

+
Does anyone else find the dialogue options with Judy in the new Tower ending from Phantom Liberty extremely confusing when playing as a male V? I noticed that during the final conversations, my character can actually confront her about their "relationship" and ask how she could just leave him like that, which makes zero sense considering Judy is strictly written as a lesbian character. It feels like the game is suddenly treating a male V as if he had a romantic past with her, so I’m wondering if this was a deliberate choice to make her bisexual in this specific expansion or if it’s just a massive oversight in the branching dialogue scripts. Has anyone found any lore explanation for why a male V can act like a heartbroken ex in this ending, or is it just a bug that triggers the female V romance flags by mistake?

I can't say, never played as male and never tried this ending, but it makes no sense for sure... Because as far as I know, after Pyramid Song, if you play as male, Judy is leaving Night City anyway :D

In the Tower ending, during every conversation after the two-year coma, Judy informs V that she left Night City some time after their disappearance, even though in the non-romance path, she actually did it a bit earlier.

It (the game) is a LOT of dialog to keep continuity straight. :) DEV checking this is a good place to put AI to work. ;)

I honestly don't understand why this is still active in the Tower ending. It would make sense if all romances were active, but why does it work this way only for Judy? Even as a male V, where a romance isn't even possible, the dialogue acts as if it's active two years later. On top of that, why does she say she only left Night City after V disappeared, when we know that's not true? She reacts that way every time, even though she had already sent us messages saying she was somewhere else entirely. This, combined with the fact that the entire dialogue is recorded for male V, makes the Tower ending completely unacceptable to me.
