There's a lot of complains about his PR stunt. To behonest I think it's fine. CDPR is after all a business and they need customers. And to do that they need to use whatever method to spread the hype and knowledge of the game. And it's difficult to break through to new customers in today's competitive market place - especially as a independent developer and publisher with a limited budget compared to some of the big players that can afford to throw out expensive ad campaigns and the like.
I can wait a few days for whatever it is and I will gladly help them by clicking, liking and sharing a teaser. So relax and take a breather the trailer, CGI or whatever will come. Cheers and have a nice weekend.

If you have the video downloaded you can see a clear difference between the two,if of course we're seeing the same thing.To be honest it doesn't look like they changed the animations or anything of the sort.It just looks like they cut the video short and left it in a loop to creat the effect of the skull pulsating faster.I think the pulsating and the animations are a bit different, it's been a few hours since I last checked on it, but I could be imagining stuff as well.
So maybe you guys should stop staring at it, because you might miss the moonwalking bear in the background.
It is typical bs marketing, but so what? It's gotta be fun for some people, otherwise it wouldn't work, and they can't fill all these months before launch revealing actual content without spoiling the whole thing. If you don't like it you can just not participate and wait for something real.
Unusually for me I haven't read the thread yet, just stared for a while at the page in question. Must say I find the effect incredible, and I don't think I've ever seen anything like it before. This alone excites me, I effing love originality in any form. It appears to me to be a translucent skull of a bird, almost like a Crystal Skull, the interior lighting is simply superb & extremely hypnotic... kudos to the creative team behind this.
Perhaps because I've lately been re-examining all the videos released from the REDs lately, and was preparing a post on a scene from the end of the Sword of Destiny trailer, I have in my mind that crazy scene at the end with the Crow, perhaps a Crow of Battle, that flies through the head of a soldier on a battlefield that appears to be between the armies of the Northern Kingdoms & Nilfgaard, with the figure of a person, perhaps a female running away.
Going to space out some more watching the thing, and I'll peruse this thread too, I'm really hoping you guys won't make me regret that

You might be right, it just felt different. Anyways, I did my part for the social sharing, now let's hope we don't have to wait too long for the trailer.
It does seem that it will be the CGI Yen trailer, the silhouette on the main page next to Ciri looks like Yen to me and this is a pretty big hint.
Also let's not forget, 3 main characters on the front page, HL3 is confirmed!!! :troll:

I didn't know that, thanks. Kestrels are beautiful birds, but the ones here aren't black & the Crow of Battle is an iconic image in the Legends here, which explains my immediate interpretation. It is also worth pointing out that a "black flying shape of a bird" appears quite often in the trailers.
After looking through the code I think they made the loop shorten itself after reaching a set amount of +1,tweets etc.It would certanly not be the first time someone did something like this in their viral ads.
