I know, this is a dish based on the polish Bigos I made for the contest. So it has Bigos DNA on it. Unfortunately I couldn't find hunter cuts here in Brazil (we only have rabbit, and that is expensive as hell) and I didn't know about the Wine until Blankas video. Balsamic Vinegar counts?
