Probably should be done on Skelliga, before the fight...emotions will be more directed to the fight than RAW and fighting each other.

This is considering the Triss romance = ON…cutscene shifts to Geralt leaning on the ships railing docked in Skelliga. Triss is conversationally nearby.
Maybe this scene should take place in Norvigad (after you complete Triss and Yen quest rescue mage of the Lodge)

People asks, why other characters should notice Geralt and Triss relationship, when everybody knows that Yenn and Geralt are a couple? Yeah, but in the previous games everyone knew about Geralt's warm feelings to Triss. And suddenly in witcher 3 nobody cares again. This is just weird. It seems like the only one who cares is Dijkstra.
Exactly and not even for the right reasons... I think he cares because he could use the sorceresses to gain power in the north.
Also, why isn't there a "Lodge ending"? They set it up with Phillipa and Margarita but nothing comes of it..

If you romance Yen, you get a more calmer version of the talk and she doesn't teleport you through portal to the lake. If you don't romance Yen well you can be more harsh towards her in KM. Romancing Triss has really no impact on anything whatsoever because there is a simple fact that "Now or Never" quest has no effect on the events in KM prior to curing Uma.
I tried but just can't go through that torture scene with Triss. That was the most excruciating thing. My instinct, as it was in my first playthrough, is to prevent Triss from being hurt. I don't care about the treasure or if I miss out on something. I have to go with how I feel. But now I feel terrible
You know what else is weird? Nobody cares about Yenn died and missed for barely 7 years too. Everybody like: "You've found her? Ok. Cool."
I just played that part to take a video and went through the torture route! It's really hard but not as hard as the first time I tried to do it. Completing that sequence took me about 1.5 hour first time around but now that I knoıw what Triss is going to do to Menge it's easier also there is small part that Triss bites one of the torturers and Geralt is like "you go girl" lol I think it's more about respecting Triss' choice and ability, just like I did with Ciri in my PT I never knew I was doing some ending defining choices so after the game it was a nice surprise that the things I did gave me the best ending I could possible imagine but I admit Menge and guards are really testing Geralt's patience and you feel it as the player if you care about Triss. Same here, romancing her or not, I think Geralt cares for her far too much to allow it, even for the sake of the plan.
To me we should be verbal fireworks at Kaer Morhen between the 2, extra fireworks for those who are romancing them both at the same time as both will be confident rather than despondent.
Later Novigrad/Skellige should be the lower key acceptance moment imo.

They dropped the ball majorly in this regard. There's reactivities elsewhere in game but created a completely unsatisafctory Kaer Morhen experience for those who romanced Triss. Unless the game design was changed at the last minute its not something that can be an accident which makes it so much worse. The salt in the wound is when you see all the effort put into the unique content for Yen romance at Kaer Morhen.
Patch 1.07 what? Patch 1.05 is still not out on the PS4. What should I do? Sad.

We can keep this thread alive and informative. There no better way to show CDPR that something wrong with the game. I'm afraid we cant really force them to do something. But we should provide the full image of the problem. And wait.
Even though I would be sooo happy to have more content for Triss I don't know if this will ever happen - because as others have already said we can't force CDPR to do something (but I wanna be optimistic on this one, of course). One way or another, I must say I am satisfied that more than 800 people have the same opinion and they also voted. I hope we will soon reach 1,000 votes (and even more) thus CDPR will see that it's a serious issue for many fans.
In first page TC put all our ideas suggestions and much more. So they need to read it only to understand what we are asking for.
Is there any information about misleading guide in the OP? I just cant find it.
