Interesting... I didn't do a Yen-playthrough so I can't tell if they shafted Triss again or this part was just canceled all together. Either way - I didn't get anything close to it with.
Might be worth it to post in on this with a little better quality on the Techanical Support sub forum, maybe it is a bug.
Just Finished the game and feel the same way as people here, it's literally the only complaint I have about what was otherwise an almost perfect game. The worst part for me was when I saw Triss at Kaer Mohren for the first time after waiting for about 15 hours to see her again.
In that moment Yennifer randomly kisses me after I just broke her heart and Geralt doesn't even apologize or react and it's like nothing bad happened. And then I picked the dialogue option "good to see you" when Triss greeted me. I picked that option thinking Geralt would say it to Triss, the woman that he said he loved and was waiting to see for so long. But instead Geralt says "It's so good to see you again." to Yennifer!
So Geralt kisses and says it's good to see you again to Yennifer the woman he had just broke the heart of and said he didn't love and doesn't say or do anything to Triss the woman he loves.

Hold on the good to see you comment was for Yen? I thought it was directed at Triss. OMG can anyone else confirm this?
Seems to be. If you sent Triss away in Now or Never and she reappears at this part, as she should, Geralt says "It's good to see you" and looks at Yennefer. Then he says "Glad to see you too, Triss." at which point she chimes in with her "Thank Yen" comment. In my recent playthrough, I don't think he said that extra line to Triss but he was looking at Yen when he said "it's good to see you". This isn't definitive proof but I remember being taken slightly aback by that part as it seemed to be directed at Yen. Which is weird because I just saw Yen before leaving for the Isle of Mists. I mean, I saved Triss until later but still, I'd seen Yen more recently.
When Geralt says it he looks at Yennifer and they both smile. It could have been directed at both of them but it didn't look like it to me and it doesn't make sense to say that to Yennifer at all when she was at kaer morhen the whole time.
I just wanted to talk to Triss but didn't get any chance at all at kaer morhen.
Lots of Triss content is implied, their irritating unexplained breakup, her saying "I will do anything to help you look for Yen" then disappearing, her saying she'll stay and help you find Ciri while yet again disappearing, having nothing to say on the ship before the battle, and even not addressing the kiss between Yen & Geralt or the Wish existence or that it's been broken.
So this is just another one to the pile, I'll try to come up with an excuse why this time there is no interaction with Triss: Maybe "she doesn't need your greetings"? Or maybe Triss & Geralt agreed at some point that they won't talk to each other when near Yen? << Now that I think about it, this would explain EVERYTHING!

Yep that was so weird when I first romanced Triss. I wanted to tell Triss "It's good to see you again" but Geralt acted as if I told it to Yen and looked at Yen. Now imagine my surprise when I romanced Yen, Geralt actually looked at Triss and said "It's good to see you again Triss"
How messed up a logic is this? Also you guys have no idea what you did to me just today by reminding Liara T'soni! I just watched a youtube video of her and her sex scene still gives me feelings and it really feels better than what I got with Triss. I can't help but compare two scenes now. I thought it was directed at Triss because Yen was at Kaer Morhen already. I thought the look he give Yen was just the akward sry Yen but I'm glad to see my lover.

I agree by the way. Her acting is weird and at some points doesnt make sense. As a RED already said every character has his/her own business and cant stay 24/7 with Geralt. But the dialogues shouldnt just be "dialogues" at some parts of the game. Especially regarding old friends or love interests. If Triss says she will stay and try to help you find Ciri why would she go to KM (where she doesnt appear at first place) ?
Just right after the dialogue where she says she would help you find her little sister you can keep going for the story. Maybe until you have to find the "wh*reson". When going for him she should be able to go with you. And Triss being one of the most wanteds in Novi is no argument to me. Menge is dead and even when he was alive she managed to get around without getting caught by witchhunters or anything like that right.

We already see eye to eye so I'll just give my 2 cents.
No matter how you look at it, Kear Morhen is the one of the safest places for her to be at, no logical reason she can't go there - not only that but her lover needs her to be there and she has old friends who miss her there. (Lots of her & there in that sentence...)
And about Triss coming along with you, I love the idea. Still, I'm a realistic and from a technical point of view this is a huge can of worms. Sorry consoles fans but this companion system which we all love to fantasize about would probably be only achieved through mods.

I found a clip of it, Geralt could be saying it to Yennifer or to both of them. Either way this scene should change depending on your romance choice, Yennifer shouldn't kiss you there if you had just broken her heart and Triss should atleast hug Geralt and say something if you romanced her.
She has reasons to go to KM but also to stay In my eyes. As she always try to say "I can take care of myself" (Well even if she actually cant always. Which is cute somehow). But that statement is one of the reasons why I dont get the disappearing at all.
Have to agree again regarding the main game fixes. I dont think we will get that. Too much resources, time and aditionally the complexity of the consequences and all that. Changing and adding many new dialogues plus voice actors for those characters in every language that is available.
We should focus on the expansions first and if we dont see anything new about our romanced lady - Triss/Yen doesnt matter - I will set my last hope for what comes after those 2 expansions IF there will be time left.
Still want to visit Kovir with Triss.. meet up with all friends at a tavern like everything is fine. At least we can dream

After all the stuff in KM is done, Geralt is departing to find allies.
He finds a notice board by the entrance. There’s a single note:
“I’ve been captured by the evil lord who plagues this land, please save me before he sacrifices me to his evil gods.
PS: I’ve left some bread crumbs to mark the trail” (quest "Against the evil lord" triggers)
Geralt makes a comment and using the witcher senses follows the trail. They lead him to the entrance of a cave where he finds the Pentequistor lying around.
G: (smiling) Really, Triss...
Picking up the device, he heads further underground, the signal getting stronger as he goes. Halfway through he hears a scream and sees Triss running at full speed towards him, in her underwear and with her hands shacked, a couple of ghouls not far behind.
T: (panting)Geralt!
G: Nice outfit.
T: Save it! The gho-
He fights the monsters and once they are dispatched there’s a cutscene, where more Ghouls are shown coming in the back. He tells Triss to turn around and uses his sword to heroically break the chain that joins the shackles.
G: Quickly Triss, teleport us out.
T: I can’t (showing her arms). Dimeritium still on me.
G: Fuck, you had to use REAL thing?
T: Had to make it work, the device-
G: Later! Get behind me.
Fight with another wave of ghouls. Another cutscene.
G: Triss, where are the keys.
T: (looking down, embarrassed). The “evil lord” has them.
G: (Rolling his eyes) Where?
T: Just a little further down... I’m gonna kill Lambert, he told me this cave was empty.
G: He got a weird sense of humor... let’s go.
Both head further into the cave, fighting yet another wave of ghouls.
Eventually they reach a chamber with an ancient altar in the middle. Next to the cave wall there’s a battered suit of armor, a dagger in one hand and a crudely pained evil face on its helm.
G: “That” is the evil lord?
T: Hey I’m a sorceress, not an artist. Just find the keys all right?
Geralt starting rummaging through the armor.
T: Find them yet?
G: No, are you sure you put them here?
T: Yeah, just focus on that.
G: (searches for a bit more). Here. Now let’s get those things-
(Turns around and finds Triss laying down on the altar, her hands behind her head mimicking being bound)
T: My hero, you saved me! Quickly, unbind me and claim your prize!
G: (eager smile) No need to tell me twice.
Geralt “frees” her using the key and Triss grabs him.
Sex scene on the altar...
Later Triss uses her magic to get dressed again.
G: I never pegged you for the “damsel in distress type.”
T: Ohh geralt, don’t be like that. What woman doesn’t want a strong, handsome hero to come to her rescue?
G: Mmh. I suppose you are right. I wish I had more contracts that ended up like this.
T: (laughing) I’ll think of something.
(kiss)
T: (serious) Back to reality I guess... You need to get Ciri.
G: Don’t worry; I’ll bring her back safe.
T: I know you will... Just, take care of yourself too ok? And Geralt... thank you... for all of this.
G: For rescuing you from the evil tyrant?
T: No silly... for what you said in the docks. I was... I mean, I am... I love you, Geralt. There, just... Come back to me... I can’t lose you again, not now, not ever...
(long kiss)
G: I’ll come back, I promise...
The devs can probably come up with something way better, but sadly we are left to fill in the blanks with our imagination.

I wasn't that bothered by it, mainly because i thought that yennefer kisses Geralt because Ciri says that nothing has changed and yennefer wants to show Ciri that she is still together with geralt (even tho you aren't, yennefer still loves you in both cases). Geralt is clearly surprised by it and doesn't exactly kiss her back. Triss notices it but shakes it off because she knows this isn't the time to make a scene out of it. (Making Triss the bigger woman because we all know if it was the other way around yennefer would have created a scene
