I can understand that but little things could have been done to make the experience better, instead it seems like the dev totally ignore it.I wasn't that bothered by it, mainly because i thought that yennefer kisses Geralt because Ciri says that nothing has changed and yennefer wants to show Ciri that she is still together with geralt (even tho you aren't, yennefer still loves you in both cases). Geralt is clearly surprised by it and doesn't exactly kiss her back. Triss notices it but shakes it off because she knows this isn't the time to make a scene out of it. (Making Triss the bigger woman because we all know if it was the other way around yennefer would have created a scene
Kear Morhen was a hard pill to swallow especially after waiting so long to see Triss during my first play through. I was excited to head back to Kaer Morhen with Uma because I thought the fruits of my decisions would be apparent at Kaer Morhen and Triss would be there to welcome me.
I know the dev said she had other things to do and could not be with Geralt all the time but I call bs. She was getting ready to leave for Kovir so we can assume that all her business in Novagrad was concluded.
Triss literally turn a hunt rider into shish kebab and saved Ciri but got no response.
The boat was another kicking the teeth because before the worse battle of his witcher career all she sees him of with is a bunch of "WELL" and a good luck.
I've never thought another sex scene was necessary but something like this would have been a welcome addition. By me at least. Something on the fun side to lighten the mood a bit. Très bien fait.
[Edit] The beginning worked too - something to get Triss and Yen in the same room. Ahh, to dream. :heart:

I understand Triss not wanting to make a scene, but what about after? Something just between the two of them or at least after Yen is gone?

Un peu. I took it in college and my girlfriend and I speak it a little bit. I admit I've forgotten quite a bit of it since then. :X
Can't you see the problem? Why do we have to imagine and try to explain to ourselves these very important parts of the story? It wouldn't take me some time to write poetry about Geralt + Triss in French because complexity is my bro.But in English, i'll need to befriend Flexibility and it's another thing.
"They" did acknowledge us, we had @GingerEffect back on the Romance thread answering some questions and the legendary @REDDorigen posting here at page 400 and 402, also expressing his general support.

Yeah, glad you liked it, I had fun writing it too. Especially Triss running from ghouls in her underwear. We could down the line make a mod or something. I have no technical skills whatsoever though, but I'll help out. And then we chip in and get some money to ask the VAs for G&T (english ones) to do some recording. Who knows, they might be sympathetic to our cause
I would have been fine with this scene if I actually got to talk to Triss afterwards and say something to her but there was no chance. There was literally no interaction at all.
I remember REDDORIGEN, I asked him via his visitor message to jump in a read page one and he did then chatted for a while. I was surprised. He was really helpful and he's a Triss fan.
I was hoping he would drop on from time to time you know about every 200npages or so but, I know they are probably busy. I messaged him again to let him know we saved him a spot and granted him honorary membership in the Team Triss club.
I hope he pops in at some point tho.

I've been thinking that I never thought of complaining about Triss content in witcher 2 but I can't seem to remember how much screentime she had and how much of it was related to romance.
I remember a scene where we woke up in a tent, then the rose of remembrance scene, a few quest related scenes in the first village, a tavern talk with Zoltan, Dandelion, Triss. Then we either choose Iorveth or Roche and Triss is pretty much missing the whole game until we save her then a few interactions with her again and the game ends. I really don't feel like the game had more Triss content than Witcher 3 but I feel this way because it's been a long while since I last played the game.

God I really hate that horrible lazy scene. Got that awful mess to look forward to shortly in my second playthrough. Scene should have changed radically based on your choice. Please cd red remove that joke yen kiss and have Geralt hug Triss instead.
A thing that I really don't understand is how this game could have so much detail and content when it comes to side quests and contracts with full choices and conversations that feel engaging and like main quests. But then have so little content in a romance with a main and very popular character like Triss.
I would take 15 minutes of romance dialogue with Triss than 10 hours of side quests easily.

The scale of the Witcher 2 was a lot smaller than the witcher 3 so I don't think you can compare them. Also Triss gets kidnapped by Letho and then by Dethmold in the second one so there is no way to interact with her.
In the witcher 3 however she is there basically the whole time when you get to kaer morhen, you just don't get any romance content except for one scene.
