In the books they forced Yen to join,but she quickly escaped.She knew only two things about the Lodge - its members and their plans for Ciri.

Maybe the lodge was afraid that Geralt would end up romancing every single member if the lodge.
Guess 1: Triss don't agree to plan to kill king and try to make the Pontar under control of the Lodge, so Sile and Phillipa decide to exclude her from meeting
Guess 2: Triss can't control her emotion around Geralt, so if they tell her about the plan, Triss will talk with Geralt and the two bring the matter to king Foltest -> Plan failed
