Yeah I think 1.07 will be bug fixes - but they have implied several times that our issues will be addressed somewhat in future patches and dlc
I'd rather risk it...fan is derived from FANATIC!
If we show the passion and CDPR says no, at least we made them say it. If we stay quiet so we don't upset someone, they say no by default. As I said, I'll show my fanaticism and take my chances!

Vote count is the big thing I believe...post just shows activity. If this thread gets buried it never gets seen.
Don't want to be a downer but until we have an official statement those are still vague sentences. It's clear that they at least aknowledge the problems but i'm not holding my breath only for 2 mail from support team. We have to see what , when and how they will do.

This is one of the articles I had read...a youtuber posted info, said he had sources that said could be as much as 4-6 weeks after the release of the 1.06 (the hotfix of 1.05) but I can't find that to quote now.

According to CD Projekt employee Marcin Momot, the latest patch is pretty big and will fix many issues. Writing about what to expect in a thread on the company's forums, Marmon reveals that the company is already working on the patch and added that "it's not going to be too long before it comes out."
"Cant' talk about the detailed list of changes but it will feature A LOT of fixes," he added.
The fact that the patches have all been released on the PC while 1.05 still has not arrived on consoles have made PS4 and Xbox One fans feel left out. Unfortunately, it seems they will be feeling this way for a while.
When asked by a user on Twitter if the patch will be arriving this week, Momot tweeted "Not this week. Sorry." But he was quick to reassure gamers that Projekt Red was not playing favorites between PCs and consoles.
We don't call a victory until we see something fixed for real. What we can do? We have to keep the thread alive until we achieve something real.
980 people (a consistent 85% of all forum users that found this thread), who took the time to enter and register to CDPR official forums, who are true fans of the game if not also the studio itself ( I myself bought the game on GOG just because I knew it would support CDPR ) - Do any of you really think CDPR will just flip us off?
I know they won't.
And until they do address these issues we'll keep growing.

But honestly, this thread is 30 days old TODAY! It is the largest thread on the forum. ALONE it has 3-4% of ALL the posts ever posted on the TW3 sub-forum...and did I mention the game's been out for not even 6 weeks? I am not even sure CDPR has even had a MEETING about these things yet.
It takes time to squash bugs and count the gold they're making...we gotta show some patience...

IKR? The podcast I watched implied they mean to get the console patch out as a priority and that they intend to get them up to 1.06 so when they release the 1.07 it will be going out to everyone.

The fact that we have been talking about this for that many pages shows how good this game is and how much we care about it.
The second playtrough is very interesting at the moment.
After finishing Skellige and all sidequests + Velen and around Novigrad I started to go for some Triss :wub:
There are a lot of mentions by other NPCs about Triss being Geralts "perfect" woman. Beside Dijkstra there is one scene at the Vegelbud quest when you won all 3 gwent games. The guy that asked you to play it against several players tells you that you girl "Triss" is your lucky charm. Stay with her for the rest of your life and take care!
The second scene I noticed was again at the Vegelbud mansion. I didnt notice Morvran Voorhis at the mansion in my first playtrough. I talked to him and when it comes to "who is your lady that you came with?" Geralt wanted to say something like "Oh and this is.." when Morvran interrupted him and said something like "A very beautiful and charming woman. No need to talk about names until we take off our masks".
The last scene that was really nice was also at this quest and again I didnt notice it at my first playtrough.
When Triss is drunk and starts running to the maze there are two woman right before you enter the laby. If you hold on for a sec and listen to them you can hear another nice conversation. When I try to translate it from german to english its sth like this:
Woman: Haha ! Look at the redhead !
Second Woman: Go for her! If a woman starts running away she wants to get caught !
I also think that Geralt is a bit jealous. When Triss met the other mage "Moritz" you can go for a conversation when Geralt asks Triss if she rejected the mage when he asks her to teleport to a secret place for some fun. I think when you chose this part of conversation Triss should show some more emotions. If a girl starts noticing that you are jealous - as a guy that can easily go for other woman - she will actually show some happiness and starts smiling all over her face.

Funny how in just 24 hours the thread has gone from 'suicide watch' to 'glimmer of hope'. That's a testament to the community that has developed over the last month.

P.S. how many people have read all 700 pages? I found this thread when it was at 200 pages and then spent 4 days reading it all from the beginning. By the time I was caught up the thread had doubled in size.

Yep just checked, I dived right in at 336 and then just kept up to date from there
I read nearly everything. Just skipped a bit at around 600 pages(?) when everything went off-topic a bit too much. Also read everything in the previous thread.
@Sooxzay yea, the quests that are there are pretty damn good. Why else would we still be here
