I think that's a typical video gamey issue that many people seem to equal romance with sex or that the "goal" of romance should be sex (thanks, Bioware). It's obviously harder to show intimacy than just straight sex scenes. I think the game would benefit by more intimacy between Geralt and his chosen one. It works pretty well in some scenes in the game (like Last Wish and Triss' scene in the Applegatt villa) but the game could benefit from much more of such intimacy. Why not just one or two more short scenes in which they just touch or kiss each other? Subtle, but strong scenes that can imho have an even bigger emotional impact than (still badly) animated sex scenes.
So CDPR, please give us more intimacy. Give us more touches, more kisses, more short glances, more intimate conversations between Geralt and his loved one. Let us feel the magic of love, not only the sweat of hot sex... :heart:

Yes sexual encounter, whatever you want to call it. For some people that's romance I guess.

I like to see more romance scenes too, meaning something at the funeral of Vesemir and at Kaer Morhen.
No way the old Witcher dies in battle and Triss ignores Geralt. It's like my father passing away and my wife walking of and saying we have vacation planing to do, it's retarded.
Let's just drop the subtle comments and move back the the topic at hand tho. It is really nice to see the dev attempting to fix some of the inconsistancies with dialogue and reaction in the game. Nice work CDPROJEKTRED really nice work.

I keep my fingers crossed for dialogues in Kaer Morhen before battle and after. And dialogues on boat and before last battle.

I am perfectly cognizant of the fact that this is not a Bioware game. If it was, we would be collecting Elfroot for 35 hours and questing for shards the other 60.
Geralt's relationships with Yennefer and Ciri are equally important, and I don't think anyone in this thread is asking for CD Projekt to downplay that element of the game. We are simply asking for there to be greater reactivity to player choice, a greater acknowledgement of the decisions we made regarding Triss and Geralt's relationship, and some additional dialogue/scenes to flesh out the narrative.

Wish every developers are like You.. Thank You so much for Your encouraging words...and for understanding for our effort to get this thread so active (quite a contrast to the approach taken by Bioware during "ME3 Shitstorm")...There is nothing I can say at this point in time apart from what I and other REDs have already said. We are aware of the situation and it has been brought to the attention of the company as a whole.
We will share new information with you when we can actually give you new information. In the meantime, the communities effort to get this thread so active and keep it that way obviously helps make the case. So I'd like to take this moment to thank everyone for showing their passion towards Triss (I share that passion, I do. I'm a ginger myself after all).

I want to thank CDPR for acknowledging the issue and doing something about it. We don't know the extent of the fixes they have planned, and while I'm a little disappointed that no new content was stated, I'll try to stay positive and think that they just meant no new QUESTS exclusively for her will be introduced (at least in the base game) and instead dialogues and interactions will be added for her in the existing content. Mainly during UMA's quest and beyond.
So this will fix hopefully fix the inconsistencies part, and we'll have to rename the title to just "the Triss content." Which still is an issue for me, but again, since we don't know the extent of what they have planned, saying anything at this point will be premature.
Btw, judging from the happy responses in this thread, I tempted to say "called it" when I made this thread and wrote theory 1

When developers itself are saying, that this issue is in company ground now, it could means absolutely everything!!
Of course, they can deny all new content and issue itself, but they can even agree to make new quests.. With this topic in office of company, everything is possible and we must just wait...
Moreover, it seems, that there are some "Triss Lovers" among developers, so we realy have a chance...
