Well folks...it's been fixed. The slow horse walk still has the stutter, but I'm willing to overlook that. Thanks CDPR for finally fixing it. And thanks to everyone of posted on the forum about this issue. It's possible that it would've never been fixed otherwise.

You guys are the best! my favorite developer and will always be... now I can really enjoy the game even more!
This and the FMV video playback problem were two of the biggest hurdle for me to truly enjoy the game and being immersed. Now that the horse stutter has already been fix, it would be perfect if you could also fix the FMV video to play at 30 FPS, instead of 28 FPS (without VSync) or 32 FPS (with Vsync).... Please Please Please
