Evenin' Choombas,
First off, preem work on Phantom Liberty, I had high expectations but you managed to top them somehow, congrats

.
Postin' this as a reply here since I can't make a thread yet and don't know which support email to use. 3 Questions I got for y'all today.
1. What are the legalities of posting videos with the game's soundtrack in it, specifically 2 songs ( I enabled the "disable copyrighted music" setting in game before you ask) and I kept getting "Friday Night Fire Fight" and "I really want to stay at your house" in the radio, so I gotta ask:
Can we use those 2 songs in videos related to Cyberpunk, got a killer idea for an intro but would need to use Friday Night Fire Fight.
Don't care if the content gets demonetized, just don't want to get Copyright Strike-d. So that's why I'd rather ask and avoid the headache later down the road. This would be a Cyberpunk 2077 after Phantom Liberty video or something along those lines.
2. Same music different video, somewhat related to the game (building Johnny's Guitar from the game (the black Deluze Orphean) but putting my own spin and style onto it. Do the legalities of the soundtrack change and if yes, how? Also building a guitar inspired by the game (it won't be a replica, but features that align with the in-game guitar would be the: Headless Bridge, Bridge Cut-Out and Pickguard Layout to some extent) won't infringe on any copyright, right? If it does please do let me know.
3. Video completely unrelated to the game, trip to Tokyo I took a few months back, got a banger of an intro in mind, would need Friday Night Fire FIght again. I'm assuming this one is a bit trickier if not impossible if the music is copyrighted.
Also once again do the legalities here change (I'm assuming they do) and if so please tell me how. And just like on the other 2, don't really care about the content getting demonetized or something, just don't want to get a Strike from YT.
Alternatively could buy a license for the song or something if that would be possible.
I'd love to contact your Media team or Content Creator support Team (or whoever handles support of this type) directly but can't get a hold of any email that isn't tech support and don't wanna bother them, got enough on their hands as is surely.
Would really appreciate any answer on this as searching Google and YouTube for anything related to this just made this more unclear.
If anyone in the community knows something please let me know as well.
Thanks in Advance Chooms

Yours Truly,
Booker
