So I was curious about who is Triss talking with in the mirror and did some research.
I will only consider Polish version of the game because it's superior (jk, it's because VA's from english version change in sequels)
So while looking in the actors cast I found Elżbieta Jędrzejewska voicing Blue eyes, Courtesan, Scoia'tael warrior, Gambler woman and the most important-Sorceress.
Using power of my small brain I figured out that there are only 2 sorceresses in the game: Triss and the mirror sorceress. Triss's VA is Agnieszka Kunikowska, so she must be the other.
Following my research I found out that Elżbieta Jędrzejewska is VA for Philippa Eilhart in The Witcher 2 and 3. Coincidence? Maybe... All leads to conclusion that Triss is talking to Philippa.
