hello i was wondering if there were any patches that i should download to the gog version of the witcher 2 EE. i know some patches end up breaking the game so thats why i was wondering. also would i be able to run this game on high or medium? i dont have a big monitor so i would be running the game at 1280x1024

my specs: intel core i3-2100 @ 3.1gz duel core with HT

memory:10GB DDR3

video card:9800gt 512mb ddr3

OS:windows 7 64 bit

If I'm not mistaken, the installer for the GOG version is prepatched to the latest version.

The GOG version of the game is always up to date with the latest patches. If you have recently installed the GOG version, you're good to go. (If you installed the GOG version months ago, then yes, you may want to patch.)

i just finished installing the gog version of the game and it crashes on launch! this is the same problem i had on the steam version. idk what to do any more.

There are a lot of programs that conflict with TW2. Tommy has a list of them somewhere around here.
