Wonderful! You'll have some very eager people here. :)
which you'll be able to grab on or around May 17, 2011!

The Premium and Collector's Editions will be available six weeks AFTER the release of the regular edition, or TW2 is no longer planned for a Q1 release? It's okay if you need to take until May; awesomeness takes time. :)

Game premiere is rescheluded to May 17. All Editions. I don't know anything about Premium Edition though. Is it be just normal edition or something between Collectors and Normal Editions.

Oh that's just great. Maybe Witcher 2 ends up like Guild Wars 2 - the masterpiece that will almost surely never be :D

Don't be silly! Game launches are pushed back all the time. They're clearly very serious about TW2; it's just taking a little longer than they thought. This is par for the course. :)Which would you rather have:1) A game that was rushed out the door to meet a deadline and is full of bugs2) A game that's released when it's been tested, polished, and fully readyPersonally, I'd much, much MUCH rather have #2. And it sounds like CDPR is making sure that we WILL have #2. They learned from the Original Edition/Enhanced Edition thing, and they know to wait to release until the game is really ready. Kudos to them, I say!

Why March 17? The game is called Assassins of Kings and you missed the most famous king/emperor assassination day, the Ides of March, by 2 days.

it seems to me it's being pushed back for the second time already (based on rumours and hints, of course).

Me too, though you can keep adding, improving and tweaking until the cows come home. Is there ever such a thing as perfect game? I'm sure quite a few people would still add/change things to Witcher 1, as well.

Do we know in which consoles will it be, besides PC?

On the date of release -- now scheduled for May 17th -- TW2 will only be available for the PC. They're hoping to bring it to consoles later on. You can read all this and more in Szypek26's marvelous FAQ.

The latest thing I've heard about the console version: They probably begin to work on it after the release of TW2 and when all the rush & crunch time has eased.
“We’ve decided to move the launch date back a few weeks to afford us more time to polish the game” - said Adam Badowski, project lead at CD Projekt RED. “Of course, we know that players would like to get the game as soon as possible, so we hope that they will forgive us! We strongly believe that the extra time spent polishing the title will be well worth the wait”.

I don't mind a delay to May or maybe later.
