Hmm, so has TXAA, it's nvidia liked :) Nice, the TXAA will make no jaggies in a open world, the thing is how much TXAA is, for TXAA you definitely a modern card to play it at high with, with TXAA.

Yes, and they say it's more economic in terms of performance loss, and on the same time makes the edges to be more smooth like any AA there. You can play with TXAA only on nvidia, and only on 6 series, or further nvidia series. For 5 series, doesn't work.

Yes, if you look on Assassins Creed 3, has TXAA, and the textures, shadows, and trees branches doesn't flicker when you move the mouse, if you have TXAA. Only matters how they implement TXAA, and on what level x1, x2, x4...

TXAA is still inferior to SGSSAA. A little less performance impact for a little less image quality.

Does TXAA mean it won't have ubersampling? Would be disappointing considering not everyone likes TXAA

It will have MSAA.

Ubersampling is just a fancy word for SMAA if I am not mistaken.

Does any game officially support SGSSAA?

Yes, SGSSAA is the best quality form of AA, but SGSSAA works only on nvidia cards, and SGSSAA works only on DX9 games, nvidia inspector doesn't allow to put custom AA bits for DX11 games and then to have SGSSAA working, plus SGSSAA is very very demanding, TXAA seems more smooth in terms of performance, but what really matters is how they put TXAA into the game, on AC3 TXAA worked nice, on Crysis 3, TXAA had some texture problems, and works not too great.

@ Costin Moroianu: Yes and no. First for working SGSSAA that game needs to be on DX9, and second you need nvidia card, and nvidia inspector program, and third you need to find the proper AA bits and to put into nvidia inspector, then to activate SGSSAA in nvidia inspector (and disable any AA into the game) to actually make SGSSAA work.

Ü/Ubersampling is OGSSAA.

Not officially, no. But in principle, every game with MSAA-support can be run with SGSSAA, therefore the large majority of games.

Right, wrong, wrong.
SGSSAA is officially available on Radeons since 2009 - Geforce users need the Nvidia Inspector, which, despite its name, is not an official Nvidia-tool.
SGSSAA can be forced on almost every DX9-game by choosing the appropriate driver setting in the CCC, or the NV inspector, repsectively. AA-bits are needed to improve image quality, as default settings (in-game MSAA samples converted to SGSSAA) tend to blur on geforces, more frequently than on Radeons.
DX10 and DX11 games with MSAA support can be "upgraded" to SGSSAA.

ReptilePZ: Nothing new with that, we already knew Witcher 3 would have the import function but what we don't know is how much it will change. I am hoping, nay want, significant changes based on your previous choices.

I use it frequently. Skyrim without SGSSAA? No way, sir ;)
Radeon 5k and 6k series are in fact limited to SGSSAA under DX9, 7k cards can use MSAA and enhance it to SGSSAA as I described above (it's probalby just a driver limitation to the 7k series, not hardware-related).
