That makes it sound as though they're importing from the US, paying all of the shipping/taxes and adding their own profit on top of everyone else's, rather than this being an authorised dealer through the distribution system. Which sounds as though there are still some delays in the distribution arrangement.
Well, yes, because it should never cost more than importing from Amazon including shipping; however, they announced they partnered with CDPR and I don't know why CDPR did not announce it like they did with the other regions but I don't think NC Games is lying about it. So, they should not be importing from the US - it just does not make sense.
Once again, they just make up some non-existant taxes and fees known as the mythical "custo Brasil" which upsets me greatly because how can it be cheaper to just import from somewhere else? And you still have to pay for shipping because this U$ 350 figure does not include it and hope there are no delays, like it happened before.

I second every word of what kl4user said. I am from Brazil and i'm extremely disappointed with the announced price.. If the console versions were between R$600-700 it would even be acceptable, considering our already existent problem with over-abused taxes, but R$900,00? It makes no sense... I don't known if CDPR can do anything about it (probably not) but some kind of clarification would be greatly appreciated.
I pre-ordered the Collectors Edition in the beginning of July from an online store here in Norway (Gamezone). I initially wanted to order from another online store (cdon.com), however, as I had a rather sizable gift certificate applying to that particular store. When I went there, however, I could only order the console version of the Collectors Edition, but not the PC version. I could, however, post my E-mail address there to receive a notification when they started taking pre-orders for the PC version. I didn't dare to wait, however, in case it got sold out, so I ordered from Gamezone instead (as I could just cancel the order when cdon.com started taking orders). I never heard from cdon.com, however, so I just assumed that they weren't going to get any Collectors Editions for PC.
Today, however, I got a notification from cdon.com that I could now order the PC version from them. I went ahead and ordered it, but I remember having seen this thread before, so I didn't dare cancel my other pre-order just yet. I chatted with their customer service to make sure that this was indeed the Collectors Edtion, that it was the PC version I had ordered, and asked them if they were 110 % sure that they were actually getting this product? The customer service representative said yes to everything, but I got the feeling that she was just reading from the web site, and not checking more thoroughly.
Now, cdon.com is listed among the official stores that are to sell The Witcher 3 for Norway, and I know them as a serious business (I've bought quite a bit of stuff from them before), so I have a hard time believing that they are bluffing, or are in error. However, this does sound a bit odd to me, so I'd really like to make sure before I cancel my first order.
Does anyone here (ideally a CD Projekt representative) know if this is a genuine offer, or if I should be really, really skeptical and dig further down into things before canceling my original pre-order?

We have a huge fan base in INDIA for the Witcher series. If we can get the product through your distribution channels officially it will also save us a lot of money and also we can ensure our copy of the Collector's edition.

So I had reserved the PC collector's edition from GameStop (the only retailer available for Spain) and it turns out that GameStop Spain is closing its doors as of now. I already received an email from them cancelling my order. Are you going to do something about it (i.e. choosing another retailer) or should I pre-order from GOG? I have the Collector's Edition of Witcher 1 & 2 and wanted the complete pack, but...

I'm from spain... the collector edition in Spain is very bad distributed. I had issues with the Witcher 2 collector edition, in the past, that I had to buy in an England online store. They sent it to me through standard mail and it took more than a month to receive the package. I remember that Geralts face statue was in bad conditions, and that I sent the photos one day after the final period for reclamations... about them. Lucky me CD Projekt Red knows how lovely we clients are

I have a question about the W3 Collector's Edition. The only place where I can buy it from is through Amazon.de (Germany) and I'm from Portugal. Does anyone know if the game will be censored, because I'm buying it from Germany? Lots of games have been censored lately and I'm a bit hesitated about buying it through the German Amazon...
Hello, im Spanish and i preordered with GameStop also and i already preordered the Collectors Edition for XBOXONE from Amazon.de , the german one because its not available in amazon.es so, after i did the preorder , i realised about the language, please, tell me its multilanguage and i can change it on my xboxone T-T
The game itself will have multiple languages to choose from, so I wouldn't worry on that front.
The only problem that might arise comes from the physical contents of the CE, namely the artbook, which might be in German and not English. But if you're not bothered by that then ordering from amazon.de is fine.
But there might be a solution for you to order from Spain:

I for one would wait a bit and see what Bandai Namco has to say. Besides, XBOX editions of the CE are still widely available. The only ones I constantly see sold out are PC and PS4 ones.
Yeah but theres not a single videogame shop in spain with the CE available. So i had to buy or from Amazon.uk or .de and the UK one values 139.99 pounds , thats about 170 euros , and the German one was about 149.99 euros but i got a discount and i lowered to 131

I´m spanish and I preorder the collector´s edition on June at Gamestop where the preorder button redirects you; but Gamestop is about to close in Spain and it seems that I lost my collector´s edition and Game is not going to buy the Gamestop branch in my city. Is there any posibility that more CE will be avaliable?
