UPDATE: Well this problem seems to be unfixable, it might stop showing "stopped working" in the Windows reliability monitor but that would mean a clean install without mods which would be a very boring playthrough. Well as long as there is no BSOD and a black screen all is good I guess.
So my Witcher 3 game crashes after exiting the game and sometimes it doesn't. When playing the game I don't have any CPU and GPU thermal issues and FPS is stable. I also want to add that my game is "modded". I play the game 8 to 10 hours a day and when playing the game with mods I don't find any issues it doesn't crash when I play for hours. I play the game on Steam I play on DX12 and I also tried playing on DX11 with no issues when playing but after exiting it showed that it stopped working on the Windows Reliability Monitor. I also want to clarify that it only happens when I play the Witcher 3 game tried other games and there were no issues shown on the Windows Reliability Monitor. I will add here my pc specs and Windows reliability monitor report, and I will also attach a file from the Directx diagnostic tool report. If anyone could help me with this problem it would mean a lot to me cause I don't know if this is a major problem or a minor problem.
