As a cat, patience is not an attitude but a cattitude that I have hdden under my fur
Since this took place in "the Alchemist bar" can we expect some Alchemy being shown soon?
So Konrad Tomaszkiewicz woke up one day with just another brilliant idea: Potions will be infinite/refilling by meditating and herbs are to be used for upgrading potions so we won't be afraid use the potions, won't be waiting for a hard enemy and won't end up with an inventory full of unused potions at the end of the game. Also it's said that we can activate the effects of the potions we drank later in combat but I don't know about how it works.I'm so interested in what they've done with the alchemy system!
Revolutionary horse AI confirmedI'll also say that I am digging the "auto-drive" on Roach. I use it for long distances, but take manual control when I see something that catches my eye and I want to slow down or stop to interact or get a better view of.
In one interview they also said that potions don't regenerate. So we'll just have to see what the system is really like.So Konrad Tomaszkiewicz woke up one day with just another brilliant idea: Potions will be infinite/refilling by meditating and herbs are to be used for upgrading potions so we won't be afraid use the potions, won't be waiting for a hard enemy and won't end up with an inventory full of unused potions at the end of the game. TW1 potion system FTW is say once more here... used CAT and SWALLOW there regular, also blizzard once in a while. To be honest the only times that I used potions were the potions that gave you skill points in Witcher 1, and the osmurk potion to fight the Keyran in Witcher 2. I beat the game on Dark mode, but I really did not need potions. I'd use it more if it was an instance like the Keyran were it made a noticeable difference. I'm also interested in seeing how alchemy is done in Witcher 3, and how integral it is to eliminating larger monsters..
Well that complicates things. I'm not a fan of alchemy in most games and I thought I might actually get some use out of it this time around but now, yeah we'll wait and see.In one interview they also said that potions don't regenerate. So we'll just have to see what the system is really like.
Where they say they don't regen

Yeah it's less a need.-based thing and rather a kind of immersion-thing, a ritual if you will. It's just an amazing feeling for me to prepare for my fights you know, to learn about the monster and it's weaknesses, apply the necessary oils, take the necessary potions. To be honest the only times that I used potions were the potions that gave you skill points in Witcher 1, and the osmurk potion to fight the Keyran in Witcher 2.
