Because they are basing their opinions on materials like VGX,E3 trailers.If they would compare it with 37-min gameplay, they would have seen improvement. Only thing which is strange is that too big HUD.

Game looks amazing.

The HUD could be more discreet but I hope it's all customizable. Especially the horse stamina bar is a bit off-putting.
