I kinda like the new logo - but I feel that Geralt is becoming more attractive every single time I see a new picture.
Why does Geralt have to be another cool looking hero - he's clearly not described as such and it just takes away some of his character.

I think thats actually the in-game model you know, you can see some rough flat edges that the polys make

if Geralt's face looks kind of close to that while playing I'll be one happy witcher !!

I think he looks fine, more detailed which makes slightly different -in a better way to me-. And maybe he drank a potion or so...? or the possibility of meeting Yennefer again, y know he had to groom himself a bit.

And yes, for me this is the best version of Geralt..in this particular picture. I don't want them to change him. :3

That '3' is very good. However I think this Geralt looks more like the one in 'Killling Monsters' trailer rather than that in VGX one, right? It's not just because of the color of his hair... Anyway, great detail, but I have to admit I loved the VGX trailer one and actually expected that model to be improved further. Not that I'd complain if it stays the same though. We'll see how he turns out in the end.

It looks like it's an in-game paining - has a frame and everything.

The emperor isn't really supposed to be an old man though. Not the the guy in the picture looks like one, from what I can tell from his ear.

My mistake, didn't mean old, but he's not very young either. And I don't know, but he does have this Charles Dance "feel" to him (granted you can't gather much from all of this, it's just a nice bit of speculation).

Don't you never heard that an artwork is never considered finished by its creative artist? No mention about CDPR's a masterpieces and their devs...
