The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt Crashing on Windows 10

I just recently installed Windows 10 due to building a whole new computer and was able to load the Witcher 3 just to test it but now after I was able to load it twice (second time to make sure the save games where working) and now as soon as it tries to load its crashing instantly. I've reinstalled it like three times, updated it to the lastest patch, updated my video drivers (using the default windows ones, the latest and even a couple of version before) and yet it's still crashing. Anyway here is the log:

(I was going to just copy and paste it but being so large it would probably cause issues)

Witcher 3 is running better than ever for me under Windows 10, absolutely no problems at all (although I did wait for nVidia to update their drivers before I installed Win 10). From your crash log, it appears you have GOG Galaxy installed? I may be mistaken, but to me, the Galaxy and C++ errors seem to indicate a problem with with a GOG Galaxy installation, which will definitely crash Witcher 3. I don't have Galaxy installed and love Witcher 3 under Win 10.

Yeah I've tried uninstalling it and it worked only once, still crashing without GOG Galaxy. I'll try it again since I have just reinstalled it for the third or second time in 3 days.

Still crashing even without GOG Galaxy installed, I uninstalled it and restarted and still crashing, same log etc

You try a registry cleaner like CCleaner after uninstalling Galaxy? Only time I've had problems with Witcher 3 was the time I tried out GOG Galaxy. I ended up having to uninstall the Galaxy installed Witcher 3 completely. Since then, I've D/L'd all of the Witcher 3 files to a backup drive and do my installs directly from there.

Yeah I've ran CCleaner and that's made no difference whatsoever sadly.

I guess your next step is to D/L the game files, do a complete uninstall, run CCleaner reg cleaner then do a clean install. I don't think GOG Galaxy is ready for prime time yet....
