This. Million times this. It's effing free for crying out loud and will give some replay value to a game that is supposed to be 100 hours long.

Yes! Those DLC will keep my addiction of the Witcher for a while more! This. Million times this.
They may have made some deals. But regardless, certification costs are generally not cheap, so they'd still make money. There have been instances of it, such as the ME3 director's cut ending and stuff, but yeah, this amount is definitely a first. How are MS and Sony ok with this? They usually don't allow any free DLC, let alone 16 packs of it.
They can block their customers from getting free DLC if they *really* want.... but that will hardly make their inferior platforms more appealing than a mid range PC... Also if only one did.... it would *kill* their platform. How are MS and Sony ok with this? They usually don't allow any free DLC, let alone 16 packs of it.
Maybe CDPR decided to pay for it, expecting the game to sell really well? Not sure how those deals between devs and platform holders work nowadays though. How are MS and Sony ok with this? They usually don't allow any free DLC, let alone 16 packs of it.
:rofl:Yes! Those DLC will keep my addiction of the Witcher for a while more!
But before I must hacker my own PC.... My paws can't disable this protection (and then catch the evil perpetrator of this crime)

Yep, but the word "DLC" makes some people just lose control of their minds. I've seriously seen some people say on other sites that "It's not free! You have to buy the game to get it!". I swear that people are looking for any reason to complain about something nowadaysIt's effing free for crying out loud and will give some replay value to a game that is supposed to be 100 hours long.
Yeah me too... and it only got worse after googeling it. That program actually exists!:rofl:
I spilled beer all over my keyboard...Damn it, Cat!![]()
Should be.So surely one of these packs will be dice poker, right?
The game as any other is planed in one way, some things aren't part of the game as it's meant to be. But more than that, the content isn't huge, as most DLC are little things, little things that everyone sells but CDPR doesn't. The short answer should be "the content isn't the kind that comes with the original game, but you cand add to if you want". Example: hats, hats in many games that don't have much to do with a hat on the character or being part of the gameplay or the story, like the mexican hat in metal gear rising, weird.I'm not going to say no to free stuff, but this kind of seems a little odd.
Why not just bundle it with the base game?
(Glad I didn't get hyped).
