With all this new content released in addition to the update of the homepage i have started thinking about something and I hope someone can put this one particular worry to rest... has CD Projekt Red redesigned Eredin (King of the Wild Hunt)? In all trailers he has had a menacing presence, the crown, the shoulderpads hell the entire armor really. But despite that his looks haven't changed in Sword of Destiny trailer all promotional images released now show a, to me, drastic redesign. Now he looks like the villain of a saturday-morning cartoon, the red armor, the helmet, it looks... well silly.

I understand why the Sauron point could be made but that thought actually never crossed my mind. I guess that my main problem with the redesign is that the previous version fitt better with the rest of the advertised Riders of the Hunt but now he stands out more, plus he looks so "simplified" now when he used to look so regal in appearance. Do you have any sources on why it was changed?
