I personally think that village looks amazing because of the wind, and the sharpen filter, other than that I'd say it would look similar to current footage, except for the worse hair and other minor details.
The sharpen filter increases the quality and awesomeness much more than what it seems at first sight, only problem is AA and texture "shaking", but that can be solved with other things.
EDIT: the close camera also helps get more detail.

Its interesting that the Experience Points pop up and battle info isnt present when he fights the flying enemies, maybe we can customize some elements of the interface more precisely this time.
Well, you can see that they are using Xbox controllers, UI is very large indicating console version, but thats just my speculation.
It seems it is. Just look on the bottom right during the fight on the shore.
But they could have used X1 controller playing PC version, just speculation.
It says if Gerralt did the final blow or not and how much damage. Really in depth stuff. I hope u can customize it.
