I think you'll have to wait for the next new Witcher game. WItcher 3 is pretty much finished.
In the meantime - in case you haven't tried it yet - you could also play CDPR's "Thronebreaker", as it has a wonderful story set in the Witcher universe.

New DLC releases from CDPR no but ..... What I would like to see is after the development of Cyberpunk is done having CDPR Open Source the Red Engine along with it's tool chain .... For one they aren't going to be developing anything with it going over to Unreal Engine 5 plus I believe most of the source code is already out there in the Wild and people were trying to sell it and nothing would ruin that more than Open Sourcing it so whoever paid money for the source code completely wasted their money .....
Then the Modding Community could come up with some additional stories for Witcher 3 which would also keep people interested in the IP until Witcher 4 releases which is probably going to be awhile. However the hardest part of making new content is voicing it, you either have to reuse already existing dialog or step all over the Voice Actor's rights by using xVASynth type software which to me is as unethical as stealing source code or you would have to get independent voice actors to create all new voices like what is being done Serana Dialog Add-on for Skyrim (They are currently about done revoicing even the original dialog so it's consistent throughout the game)
