The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt PC version graphics option in launcher or inside video game?

Does anyone else besides me want the graphics options for the PC version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt to be inside the main video game itself like when you start the video game in the main menu it says.

New Game

Load Game

Save Game

Options

Something like that? I hate it when PC versions of video games have their graphics options in the launcher. Because I always have to exit the video game when I want to change the video games graphics settings.

Ah, I see you've used the "I don't care I will be purchasing the PC version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt no matter what" option again (I seem to remember it from a previous poll of yours).

I'd say what I feel about that but I'd be running the risk of getting banned.

What other option is there to put?

Simply "I don't care" would suffice, no need for the passive-aggressive "I will be purchasing the PC version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt no matter what" add-on.

Yep, the same with me. I have very specific graphical preferences (no anti-aliasing, low or no shadows), does not matter if my PC can handle them, and I always have to adjust a picture to my liking, sometimes several times. Hate to quit the game for it.

Yes there are but some of us don't like to keep exiting the video game to change the graphics options every time we want to change them.

I'd prefer it in the game. It will make it a neater UI.

Well for changing some of the graphical options you have to restart the game anyways. In many games a prompt pops up saying that "Changes will take effect after you restart the game". Some of the examples are changing the DirectX version or turning PhysX on or off.
I really don't mind it, but I see you point. So I voted Yes.

I hated tweaking graphics in TW2 because of this. Please have them in the game menu CDPR.

I can see the tech reasons for not setting options in game, but I'd prefer in game unless changing most settings resulted in a restart.

Definitely would prefer to have the graphic options ingame instead of the launcher only. It was really annoyed tweaking settings in Witcher 2.

It is really neat to have the graphics options inside the game to easily test your customized settings not unless you have a benchmark run on the launcher like the one they have in Batman AC. TW2 doesn't have this which is frustrating.

Or just both, that way you can tweak before playing and while playing, the best of both worlds.

That's a weird poll.
Whether the option is there in or outside the main game is not gonna determine whether I'm getting the game or not - but of course I would prefer it if it was actually in game.

@shawn_kh is right but not all games are that way, there are those which have no need to restart the game and one could change according to their liking/needs inside the game. So I voted yes too, inside the game please as long need of restarting the game for it otherwise there's no point.
And I don't see the point of having a multi-choice option or the totally irrelevant third option.

I share your opinion, which is why I didn't vote. It;'s a nice-to-have feature, but it has no impact on whether or not I'd buy a game.
And I've seen plenty of games with a full range of graphics options that STILL need registry or .ini tweaks to get them just right, I think I'm a little skeptical about it. (DX:HR DC, I'm looking at you)

Without inbuild benchmark or fps counter, i prefer launcher options because after every change i read temperatures, memory loads etc. and before every change reset the min/max data

For what purpose? Why would you specifically prefer to play a game with no anti-aliasing, unless you are running a 2560x1440 or 4k resolution?

You like looking at Jaggies? You like No or horrible looking shadows? I just... I'm sorry... Just having a real hard time understanding this right now...
