Or add at least an ice-cream cone as a weapon.AgentBlue said:Blood looks and behaves like caramel. Please fix this.
Isn't it still in alpha?Geraltofbsas said:I am a bit worried that the attacks in the combat part look very slow and "too heavy" compared to what i was imagining, some kind of super fast martial art sword combat, but mainly also because i read a lot of times how now you walk but your attacks are very fast in interviews and such, yet i dont see that here, except for the walking, and neither in the debut gameplay trailer.
I hope this is not representative of Geralt's general combat performance in the final game.
Why, sure.vivaxardas said:Oh yeah, realistic blood spatter is your friend. Arterial spray should look like arterial spray, high velocity blood spatter should look accordingly, aspirated blood on the walls should have its unique distinctive look. In this case the CSIs will use TW3 as a training tool for investigating different types of wounds and weapons used, and TW3 will be bought by every police department in the US./>/>/>
But seriously, just do what you think is right, and leave the rest. Otherwise, if you, CDPR guys, chase every tiny-winy detail, TW3 will never see the light of day.
We have such a short trailer to wok with and it's great for the most part. That's perhaps why the blood splattering looks so out of place.vivaxardas said:Watch the trailer and let us know what you think about it in the comments below!
Yes it is, but the animations are what they are.JackBauer24 said:Isn't it still in alpha?
Actually, I have one serious request about blood. I don't know what can be done about physics of blood spatter, but there must be a natural progression of bleeding. We had it in scripted form in TW2, when we were looking for Cedric. Wounded people and animals who escaped a fight should leave a blood trial, which is terminate when 1. that person/animal dies, and if we follow a blood trial, we'll find a dead body, or 2. blood naturally clots or is bandaged, and the blood trail ends.AgentBlue said:Why, sure.
But they've explicitly asked for our feedback:

I disagree. It almost looks like gelatin or something, and there''s too much of it. It's one of the few visual effects in TW2 that really bugs me.JackBauer24 said:I think the blood looks brilliant.
Right there, hair is so underwhelming. Surprising they have fur tech now but hair looks quite polygon-ized.Kinl3y said:What about the eyeeeees?!

Noticed the eye color changed too, isn't it darker?
