I'd love to see my actual steel sword in cutscenes and not the generic placeholder.

I don't remember any cut scenes where Geralt has placeholder instead of proper sword. Even when you use broom or oar you have it during cut scenes and some of them looks hilarious because of that (Nilfgaardian camp, finishers). ;)

Bug fixes are welcome, but demanding new features from a developer who gives out all of its content for free is not so good. Leave the other issues to modders, whenever that toolset comes out.

I have TONS of cut scenes with the wrong sword -
The start of the assault on la valette castle (in the siege tower, the same cut scene where Geralt likes to slip in his blue stripes jacket)
The first fight with Letho
The fight with the dragon
The final fight with Letho
And probably several more.

Re: camera options - I already said this in that other thread by the guy who bumps it every day, but I suspect there isn't a lot of leeway for different camera angles in TW2. If you had an isometric view in the Flotsam forest, you'd either not see anything or, worse, realize the treetops don't exist because they were never rendered. Similar problems in any closed room or narrow dungeon. I'd like to see modders try, but I think it probably wouldn't work.

Cam & Fov Options or Fix even Scroll Zoom in & out like Witcher 1. also Witcher 2 can add more Gameplay or expansion no need for Witcher 3 still tons of Room in Witcher 2.

Installing the game on a SSD does fix the texture pop-ins.

Doubt it. Texture streaming has nothing to do with the speed of your hard disk. It depends on the amount of video ram of your graphics card.

Current version crashes for me every time right after the Dethmold's necromantic ritual in chapter 2. Fortunately, the game autosaves right before the crash and after a game restart you can continue without a problem. Non-EE version didn't have that problem.

I can agree with this. If TW3 is the final installment to the series then I want to it to wrap up everything. Both of those characters are of high importance throughout the books and have only been mentioned slightly in the games. I want Geralt to be able to fully regain his memory as well. I would also like for the other witchers to at least make an appearance.

I only wish that the quality of TW2 remain on TW3, and with a huge huge campaign if possible.

* Mantain a story driven by the characters and not only by some alien evil force. The strong point of TW2 is that circunstances being moved by Geralt AND the other characters as well.

* The chapter 3 felt kinda rushed, but still I liked it. TW3 could avoid such rushing in the end.

* Mantain the amazing polish voice work.

* As in TW2, mantain all the story well explained, it is kinda frustrating when things stay obscure (kinda a problem with some bioware games like Dragon Age 1 or 2 or even TW1).

I'm sure this has been said before, but it's one of those things that really need to be said ten times every day:

No more QTEs.

PLEASE.

Well there can be one mayor improvement, addressing landscape scale so you are some how force to use transport (most likely horse ''Roche'')!, but than again to many RPG already have this same element so maybe there is some sort of other futures like boat or carts with driver!....:)

Just few small things. Dont want major gameplay changes tbh.

I didn't like Gerald running animations with and without sword and maybe stealth section wasn't as good as it should be.

And perhaps add few extra things to do on the side, fist fights needs an upgrade they were to easy. maybe just add normal poker instead of dices? didn't like that tbh.

More customization option for Gerald. I really enjoyed seeing him in new clothes.

It's sad to think that TW3 could possibly be the last Witcher game.

It's better to end things at their best remember Bruce Lee and John Lennon.

-CUSTOM WALK ANIMATION FOR STAIRS. Geralt walk animation would change when he walks up some diagonal surfaces. It's not that hard right?

-STORY PACE. Give us an excuse to do sidequests, When Geralt asks someone to do something like a magic mirror or a bomb to kill the Kayran make Geralt wait a day or two so he can do some sidequests. Chapter 2 suffered from this in the Succubus and Royal Blood quest.

-MONSTERS SHOULD BE FARAWAY. It's like a 5 minute walk from the village to the monsters. It just feels like I'm not really in danger when I can just run away.

Recently beat Alpha Protocol. I was blown away by C&C. Everything I did mattered. What I say, do, how I play, my past, class, even what I wear. Every little detail had some importance. Would be awesome if W3 had something like this.

If there will be save import, I hope that stuff like Vran Armor, Caerme, Addan Deith etc, will NOT end up as lowest tier equipment. Really, better to make up some reason for Geralt to loose all his stuff, then have random longsword better then our legendary weapons.

Even could have it just be damaged and then restored to its former glory by someone else later in the game should you decide to keep it ;).

- Bigger Impact for save imports(Despite the huge beating Bioware got for the ending of Mass Effect 3, insane amounts of data were used from older saves. For ecample one sidequest dependend on 4 different sidequests from the first game. There's a lkot to learn from that).
- Returning characters from the first game like Shani, Thaler and Vincent. (Is it too much to hope that the Professor somehow survived being swallowed whole?)
- In TW2 captured people finally got restrained. Let's take it to the next logival step with gags.
- Zerrikania. Sooner or later we would have to visit it. Why not now?
- Either a somewhow resurrected Raven with Crispin Freemans voice, or a new witcher/soldier/dragonslayer with Crispin's voice.
- Anything that even remotely resembkes Act 2 of TW1
- Answers. Once everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, is clear about the apst Geralt can work on the future

I would love for Istredd to be in TW3 (or even TW4 if that happens). Seeing him communicating with Geralt would be really intresting considering the history between both men and Yennefer.
