Ah, so the journal entry on the Wiki is not entirely right as well as my memories.CostinMoroianu said:He can survive if you go with Roche but decided to save Triss.
That's one reason I made the "first play" choice I did.CostinMoroianu said:He can survive if you go with Roche but decided to save Triss.
You're loving it you cheeky bastard.GuyN said:That's one reason I made the "first play" choice I did.
Dethmold alive, Kaedwen in anarchy, Roche and Anais on the run, the Lodge sort of intact and controlling a dragon.
What exquisite chaos it portends.
If you're going to request FPP, be prepared to defend the proposition, including a description on how flips, rolls, pivots and other combat arabesques are to be handled. I like FPP; nothing beats it when it comes to immersion. It just so happens that I don't see them including an airsickness bag with every copy of the game.makor86 said:FPP Camera!
People are getting sick of those FPP games. To be honest when I play Skyrim I have to set FOV to at least 80-90 its impossible to play otherwise.makor86 said:FPP Camera!
Daywalker30 said:What I'd like to see from CDP Red with the choices and consequences in their games (in general):
Add Failures/Losing:
You know there is an objective you must achieve, like don't let X die/escape/run and if you can't do it you get a mission failure (game over) and you must reload to the last savepoint. What if there wasn't game over but the game continues on that point and also goes in a different direction?
What I want is to experiences losses and failures if I didn't win,
which would make good use of the choices and consequences, because it could (majorly) affect what happens next.
Normally you'd experiences these only if the game are made that way, but I want the option that it could happen if I don't make it.
I think there aren't any games who have done this (maybe old games).
I don't think many of the things you requested are concepts from "classic" RPG's? In fact it is the opposite. In classic RPG's like the Gold Box series, Infinity Engine series, Ultimas, etc. you play through a STORY with MOTIVATIONS to perform things, make decisions and deal with their consequences, but you move around doing things. Settling down with a house, wife and child is definitely not part of this design. Unless what you want is The Sims of Rivia.fumetsujo said:To change the concept toward a classic rpg would be very dishonorable for Geralt.
WELCOME TO THE FORUMS!WhySoGreedy said:- More agressive Geralt(as a role playing option). If he's done with fighting for others, i imagine he should be really pissed of after all he has been through first two games. So it should be a possibility to be show a more agressive personality.
- Another wish for combat: Please better 1on1 fights/duels. Letho fights could be more legendary in second game but i think this chance has been missed because of focusing on group combat(which was also not really perfect at leas untill the enhanced edition.)
- It was quite a time since i played first game but as i recall there was no vitality regenation or it was reaaly slow. We should meditate or eat food or drink potions to regain vitality so i wish that system back. In tw2 meditating was a little meaningless because of this.
- Also making potions should take some time like in tw1.
Had no idea Geralt was Finnish.guipit said:WELCOME TO THE FORUMS!
I agree with everything you said especially with the stuff above, now that you mention it I never really seen Geralt get angry like blow his top angry it was always disgust or annoyance. He never laughs either.
Because he's a witcher, a mutant and he's neutral.guipit said:... now that you mention it I never really seen Geralt get angry like blow his top angry it was always disgust or annoyance. He never laughs either.
Not to worry it is confirmed that there won't be any.thedawner said:No.

Lots of people has not done yet, since the saga has not been translated wholefully in english (not to mention other languages). So seems pretty natural to me.thedawner said:The first comment, for me, is a guy that didn't read the books... />/>
