A situation where Geralt is left with no other option other than to kill off the last specimen of an extraordinary species thought to be extinct in the world.

Now Geralt doesn't necessarily need to break out in tears like Willem Dafoe's character (I'm not even sure if Geralt would be capable of crying), but if the game could convey the same atmosphere with the same emotional impact like in the above scene through a short cinematic or even a scripted/pre-rendered cutscene with the game engine to make you feel really shitty over what Geralt and effectively you, as the player had to do - well, that would be quite a feat.
