It's gonna be great! I spent most of a year playing through the Witcher import version and it is very well done. The patches helped fix a few problems that forum members had brought to CDP. I hope this week goes well for CDP RED's The Witcher: Enhanced Edition week. I was thinking about downloading the content when it is available. However, I just pre-ordered the import! It will be grand! The extras will keep me busy. I support a superb game and its makers! Great work.William

Can't wait , countdowns on with sleepless nights, coffee and lots of pacing suppose i'll have to occupy myself with looking after the kids. Mind they'll have to make the most of it because when MY GAME arrives on Saturday they'll have to fend for themselves!! teehee ;D

I'm really excited about the Enhanced Edition! This is one of the best RPG's I've played in years. I'm planning on getting up early on Friday to start the download before I go to work so I'll be ready to go for the weekend of no sleep, lots of coffee and mayhem!

since I haven't got an answer on the following questions in other threads I post them here again (but it'll be the last attempt from my side to try to support CDP RED further on !) ::)Hi, everybody - I'm from Germany, I'm very excited obout the EE too ;D (although I allready own the CE and gathered all Patches and additional content ... and therefore don't need that much goodies from the EE) and I love almost everything I heard - or read - about it ... but I still have two important questions:1. I know that we'll get the download-EE for free (which is an awfuly great evidence of community-support - imho ), but is it eventually possible to show our / my gratitude for this in some other way ?? (since I think CD-RED really deserves this for all the efforts they made to make this >dream come true< - thas is if all the promisses on this issue are are not only "promotion-stuff" ;) ... but I allready know some reviews on this matter, which let me get very, very optimistic ... :peace:) - What I mean is, I would like to pay the DEVs something (maybee a donation or something "unofficial") just for the oportunity to download the EE, allthough I would get it for free (of course not as much, as for the retail-version but something that equals their efforts a little bit - would make me just feel a bit better, than just grabbing the stuff for 0 and hopeing they sell enough retails, to keep the francise alive and at the same level as til now ...) - Is this in any way possible ?? ??? 2. I know that there are alot of exchanges in the german EE regarding the voices of several charakters (which is very crucial for the atmosphere of the game for me 8)) and I allready heard some exsamples of them ... mostly I liked them, but not allways :-\ ... So my question is: Will it be possible to play the EE with some old character-voices if we like the old ones better ?? (e.g. the one from Gerald, which I liked in the old version very much ... the new one seems a bit to old for the character I have in mind, because of the Sapkowski-novels) ... or do we have to decide the whole pro's and con's ?? - But anyway ... realy great job you did for the whole thing ! :angel:I realy ment this statement / question seriously (!) - please give me some sort of answer  ... maybe you'll get some more "donations" from other players too, who also like to support your further efforts with more than just nice words ... ::)Oh, and I have another question regarding the >music inspired by the witcher< : will it be possible to use some of the music for the game ?? - I like some of the songs very much ... so I would like to use them for e.g. battle-themes ... ;D

I believe it is possible, you just have to rename the audio file to the name of the file you want to replace in your data\sounds folder. As for your other question, I have no idea, but you probably want to PM them directly for an answer :)

okay, I think your suggestion with the PM is a good idea (thx for the hint ;D) ... , but I thought posting it in the forum - and probably get an answer from the DEVs - would adress some more people, too - maybee I could start a spark that would grow to a little (or not so little) fire ... :angel:But also thx for your answer on the other questions :)- but what are you refering to exactly ? - Did you mean it will be possible to change individual speech-files or did you mean the musik ??Also I would like to know, if it'll be enough to unpack the voice-files and exchange them (because I allready know how to do this), or if I would have to pack the files again (because I DON't know how to manage this respectively don't know or find the right programm for this - even the Wicher-WIKI only lists the unpack-programms) ???
