The first one was of the short story where he fights Adda, the third is him visiting the dryad-queen, and the fourth is of him going in-to that castle, and having a meal with that cursed wolf-man. What's the second one, though?

The first is not Adda. Its just a Bruxa. Second one looks like its from W3. Havent played it so dunno what scene is it from. Might just be from the artist's imagination too.
