Yea, I always thought that was a bit odd because his character and looks resemble Isengrim's yet for some reason CDPR decided not to use Faoiltiarna as a character. And Iorveth is mentioned briefly in the books. So they... mixed the 2 characters together... They took Iorveth and slapped Faoiltiarna's looks/personality on him. Still a cool character, just a bit weird. I guess they really wanted to depict Isengrim but didn't feel like tearing him away from Dijkstra, Boreas Mun and wherever they went.
