The dice game exists in reality but you can't buy it because it's not for sale... yet. From time to time CDPR launches contests and it's given away as a prize. Here is a poll what kind of Witcher gadgets we would buy. You still can suggest the dice game.

I REALLY liked someone's earlier suggestion of miniature swords from the game, as letter openers. I'd buy more than one of those. =)
The clay mug didn't get many votes probably because it just doesn't generate that much enthusiasm, not nearly as much as a witcher medallion, naturally. But they're cheap to produce or outsource, cheap to buy...no one could consider merchandising without offering one of these! I love my coffee, and I'd certainly get one if it were available.
How about a full scale metal Witchers Silver Sword? Properly forged. I would love to practice with that and brake some stuff in my room ;DIm currently making a full scale wooden version of the Silver Sword, hope to finish it soon. I'll put the pictures up when its done.
