The Witcher: Outcast Cancelled Add-On?

A website called Unseen 64 that reports on cancelled/suspended video games has released information an a supposed Add-On for the first game called "The WItcher: Outcast". I don't know how reliable the site is and if any of the information is true, but they have some low-resolution concept art with the article and a lick to a design document.http://www.unseen64.net/2010/04/13/the-witcher-outcast-pc-cancelled/The add-on sounds really great.

The story sounds interesting - and from the associated files it looks as if they had begun to render the characters and main settings. Maybe some of this storyline will appear in TW2?

Financial reasons, as far as I know.

I was under the impression that it was due to clashing opinions about the storyline -- how they envisioned it was supposedly not the way CDPR approved of. I could be wrong, of course.

There were clashing opinions about the first version, but the final version of the story was approved by CDP.

I understand that this thread is ancient and I apologize for the thread necromancy, but I'm just finding it now and I'm more than a little wowed. There were only 8-10 individuals who had a copy of the full design doc. I suppose it only takes one to leak it, but... yeah, the issue was not storyline approval in the end.Despite that RoXidy went down the drain for it, I'm a little bit glad. The original story concept was way better, IMO.
