Now we'll just look onwards for the next 2 game announcements.. One undoubtfully will be the FPS game and the other... hmm... *wishful* :peace:

Nope, the FPS is in development at Metropolis Software, our sister (brother?) studio. RED is working on two games in addition to Rise of the White Wolf.
Can you hint on the other 2 projects? ;)

Sure you have to say that. We will see what a direct comparison of AA etc. shows

Sorry, but this is marketing BS : ).
Exactly, in a sense of "Come on, what's the point?" :D It makes you question the skill of the marketing people, seriously! Why tease people with something that is most likely not to interest them??? That's stupid!Beside this, I once dreamed about the "perfect developer". One of his key features was that, when he made versions for PC and consoles, he would make something different for the two platforms. I'm really becoming a big and happy fan of yours, CD Projekt, even if there is no way I will buy a console. Just try to improve communication. That teasing was one big dumb idea in my opinion!

Really sorry you feel that way, but it's not. We've said it about three hundred times, but we're not abandoning PC gamers in any way. We have two games we HAVE NOT announced yet. We have one website, one community. We think PC gamers might want to check the game out on consoles. If not, that's fine. But it would be bad marketing if we didn't tell anyone on our site about the console game. We hope that our fans can look past the fact that -- at the moment -- the only game we have in the public eye is a console game. At some point we'll announce our other two games -- when we're ready to announce them. I don't particularly feel like shoveling the same PR crap down everyone's throat for a year or two or three just because we felt we had to announce early to make sure our fans don't hate us. I don't think you guys would be happy with us prolonging a PR campaign and having to repeat the same thing over and over, releasing slight variations of the same screenshots every two weeks... right?

You misunderstood me. I have no problem with console version.I have no problem with announcing it, and OF COURSE you would announce it one your one website to your community. But I have a little problem with you teasing us, PC players, with your HUNT, making us all giggidy giggidy about your next project, hyping us to search for clues.....only to find out it is something JUST ABOUT NONE OF YOUR PC FANS wants : ). It just made us (PC and your fans) feel like and idiots, a little bit : ).And as I said, I still love you guys, buying your games, buying games from gog.com, reading the forums (though I registered just now), visiting your websites...

Nah, c´monStop whining! You got a wonderful game, an EE for free and talk about how not to treat the fans?I don´t get it!

First of all, announcing the console version here makes perfect sense. I don't think PC users (the majority) are looking to slam it just to be putting it down. The community already knew about the console port as it was leaked days in advance. The "wall" was still kept up which many (myself included) took to mean that there was another announcement that we were being teased with. When it turned out it was what we already knew about, we are hugely disappointed. After all, with all of the hype we took it to mean that a To top it all off, the dev in the video kept hyping the "new and improved" console version coming out. The EE just came out in Sept! Why would you be slamming your re-released product just a few months later!?If he wasn't slamming the PC product that received overwhelming support, then he was praising the console version at the expense of the PC version. It implied that the PC version is yesterday's news and it's time to move on.All in all, a bad PR push.

" ÁÁÁ, ooooh my GOD!... uhhh Awesome!... WTF??? Why ? Where are the pc logo! :wall:  :dead: "That was my reaction, when I saw the new movie. My opinion: that's sucks! I don't want the Rise of the White Wolf, I NEED it (for my computer)! Why? Why is that decision? I hope, the 2 "mysterious" projects are: Witcher2 and RotWW for PC. Anyway the video are kickass, the best what I've ever seen. Respect.(If the difference between the Witcher:EE and the RotWW isn't too much: I did not speak.)

Well congrats to the console owners ;DBUT this isnt our Geralt, our Geralt has a bit hairy chest, this one doesnt, and his face is uglier ;D So don't worry, "consolers" will have a fake witcher, the only one, the real one is ours ;DGreat video, really great, I am OK with my EE version so far ;D

The only differences are the result of the specification of the console gaming. The plot is practically the same. The changes are in the first parts of the game and result from introducing the new fighting system. That's all we know. So don't worry ;)
