We just began to arrange everything around the wiki's, so i can assure you we will do much to support wiki contributors.and about the translations - in time we will think it thru but now we are busy with the patches.

I will be translating articles from the Polish wiki on the English (wikia) one (I haven't played the game since I'd have to buy a new computer for that, so I'll add details about the world, characters and books).

You're good people. Also, if any of the devs would like to fill in the blanks on the file formats *cough* TheWitcherSave header *cough*, I'll buy you a ham sandwich and a Redanian Lager at the Hairy Bear.

We will try to fill it, but please remember - most of the development team is now busy making patches. I believe you understand and agree that is the highest priority at the moment.

I am willing to help !!!!I dont have many knowledge of the game so far, i spend most of my time on the forum helping others to get the game working. I am only in chapter 1 and still in the first village you get in after you leave the fortress (vizima outskirt ?). I haven't talk to that famous reverend that everyone are talking about in game lol !! But, count me in !!

Because of that we will need the community contribution as well as some people speking both English and Polish.That is why i sticked this topic - we will try to find people that want to take part in filling the wiki with content.

OK. I will contribute. Now, let's see what you have already got there...EDIT:Oh, but I see you don't need help anymore Btw, I am just wondering.. the Polish WIKI is quite extensive - and it contains quotes from the booksl. Will you be translationg these quotes as well? AND it contains major spoilers as well. For some foreigners who can't read the books yet it may spoil all the fun (for example: Emhyr's family connections were one of major booms of tome 5 - for many people, not ALL of them, of course - anyone who reads about them in the wiki before reading the books... will have the saga as spoiled as it can get;/)

For major plot spoilers, we use spoiler warnings. And we generally don't translate the book quotes, except for the first book, if someone here has the translation at hand. Until the books are translated, it's best to just paraphrase the information from the quotes and add it to the main body of the article.

We need every bit of help we can get, especially with translating the articles from Polish wiki to English.

Feel free to add some quests. Or write a detailed walkthrough for the existing quests. Or pick a character from the game and write something about it. There's enough stuff to do edit: XP table added, for those who are interested.

By the way, if anyone wants to start a Witcher wiki in any other language (like Russian, German or French), please PM me, I'll have it created.
