The Yennefer/Triss choice in TW3

Nah, i don't want that, i do like her, i really do. I like her personality and her nature, she is a nice person, why wouldn't you not like her?

As i said, i was looking forward to see how Triss was portrayed in the books and was kinda shocked by the "truth".

In my canon walkthrough i rescue her instead of the other option, because she is my friend and i respect her as such, but what i didn't like was that she sees more in me than i do in her, IMO she even deceived me by using my old love to a sorceress, and i am not really able to say that to her. For that reason i didn't like her

Rather I think it's possible that Geralt's last wish was fulfilled with his death. I think that explains why Geralt can now make choices without violating the lore from the books. (I explained in more detail a few posts ago />)

Too bad Saskia is more into dwarves and i always thought that Philippa isn't really fond of men.

Yeah, I hope that it's possible too. I mean I'd kind of want to put Geralt back together with Yennefer because it fits with the books, but if she's utterly unlikeable in TW3 then I won't be able to bring myself to do that

Whoa, that's a really good painting I almost didn't recognize Triss because I'm so used to seeing her with red hair in the games, but in the books her hair is described as "chestnut" so that shade of brown hair is probably truer to her real appearance anyway

IMO, Triss looks even better in this picture, than in the games. I wonder, if CDPR will drastically change her appearance (again) in TW3?! (Or at least let her hair down. XD) Also, I hope Yennefer will have her famous violet eyes and raven black hair. But who knows... After all, they changed Triss' "canon appearance" too...

Having just recently played the enhanced TW2 (XBOX 360 guy)and having not played TW1 nor read the books (maybe I should) I really like the idea of having a choice of who I would end up with or maybe not at all. I only know of Yen through the story in TW2 but really enjoyed Triss and would probably side with her if I had a choice to make now, or maybe Cynthia but Triss would have to do something to dislike her for that to happen. If I recall Letho's tale of what happened to Yen, her memory isn't quite back either and somewhat of a high borne attiude (very undesirable) so who knows what Geralt or she'll feel with a reunion? I was hoping for an LI with Saskia later in the game but that didn't work out (thought she was pretty hot). I would really like to see her come back in TW3. And like the Mass Effect series, you could have another play through with different choices impacting the outcome (different endings) plus making different choices on your love interest which also impacts the endings. My 2 cents anyway.

If I recall Letho's tale of what happened to Yen, her memory isn't quite back either and somewhat of a high borne attiude (very undesirable) so who knows what Geralt or she'll feel with a reunion?

And the last time Letho saw Yen was 2 years ago, so she could have been doing anything, it's.also interesting that only Letho and apparently the Lodge knows that she is alive except Emhyr of course, so i guess her survival was kept secret.

Maybe it will be similiar to the books, but i don't want to spoil that.

I just hope she won't be an antagonist or one of the "bad guys".
