Well, I'm just writing here for the sake of the argument, because, the last interviews leave little room for doubts: we will have some sort of Triss/Yenn choice :)

really ?? where have you read that?

I hope there will be the choice option. But to me, I will need CDPR give the prove that Geralt is in love with Triss as the same way he was of Yennefer. Recovering your memories of 20 years of passioned and devoted love cannot be erased by one year, one war, and one bath. I reallly want to find the within fight in Geralt. if he must choice Triss.

As most of the time ;) you bring it to the point my lady... and i am curious to how CDPR knited this issue together to give us a headache >^^< meorrww
even for the hardcore yennefer teamups ;)

So, at first playthrough I'll definitely follow Yenn. Heck, I'm gonna beat all endings, so Triss will become my choice eventually, too

Nope I'm currently reading the books and even though I can see why Geralt and Yennefer are made for each other
a lot of things changed and my Geralt at least would choose Triss

You do know the meaning of the word "likely"? ;)

It's easier to say than to find, with all the E3 stuff around...

For example here http://forums.cdprojektred.com/threads/20991-Interviews-and-Articles-on-TW3?p=1328034&viewfull=1#post1328034 someone talks about a polish interview. At least I am sure there was other interview with the same info.

I will take that gif as a positive gif, because I really want to take that as a positive gif :)

Another thing that tickles me about the Yenn/Triss decision (probably discussed already) is that is a bit of a meta-decision that sums up one of the big conflicts in the novels: free will against destiny. Yenn (and Ciri, as many many things in the books) are strongly influenced by the Destiny . Geralt is, more or less, skeptical specially in the first novels, I'd say. The funny thing is that the illusion of free will is also a major thing in RPG genre, as many gamers remember us, readers. Open world, RPG and choices vs the destiny, aka main quest. Destiny/Books/Yenn vs Free will/Games/Triss. These things make me smile.

Absolutly possitve! Cross my heart! ;)

Yes, Geralt is skeptical, but through all the seven books you see that even him cannot avoid this fate because he had taken part of this fate with Dunny and with Ciri later. so.... Lore or not Lore, that's is the question

There is no such thing as free will, just the illusion of it. JK
I'm obviously teamYennefer :p

Edit: Oh you used the word illusion as well :)
Nevermind this post then haha

the question is not "Lore or not Lore" my lady

the question is how well or not well is the story knitted around this issue in TW3 ;)

Oh dammit! That will be by far the hardest choice (well, let's see what CDPR will do with Ciri). Yesterday I ended the last book and...and...I just don't know.

Well, I liked more the scene where Ciri and Yen meet again. And I absolutely loved Triss in Riva! But yes, I knew what was coming and still...
Oh, and the battle of Brenna was a pleasure to read (not because of the battle itself obviously). But every single one of the books is fantastic! Now I have to wait until summer 2015 for the last one...

Maybe you could spoilertag this one, @ALPES? Just for StaGiors?

Brenna is beautifully written, i agree.

Don't worry guys I've read the books quite a few times :p
Spoiler tags should have been used though, as they did :)

I was so sure I posted something in this thread a while back.Oh well. I guess this will be a tricky choice. Or...not...but not one I won't look forward to. I've only met Triss in the games, but Yen in the books, and I can't wait to hear Yen's story!

Great news, I'll be going with Triss first time round and really interested to see how it plays out
