There are no illuminated sign in the sky of Night City

Hello good evening... I have a little problem.

I'm missing the vertical neon advertisements that rise like giant glowing fingers into the sky of Night City.

Can this be caused by a MOD? Or some graphics setting? Otherwise the game runs flawlessly! Settings are on "HIGH". Maybe someone of you has an advice or an explanation.

Maybe mod, but :
Did you completed "Lightning breaks" (finding Hellman) ?
If yes, did you complete "The Hunt" (River quest) ?

At time, there was a bug which make the giant banners only (re)appear after completing "The Hunt". In theory, banners should disappear during "lightning break"s quest (due to the power plant explosion^^) and reappear just after finishing the quest.

Hello, thank you very much for your answer! Yes, that could be the solution... My last mission was "Lightning_Breaks". And I haven't played "The_Hunt" yet. Then I hope that the lights over Night City will come on again soon. Thank you again!

Last playthroughs I play Lightning breaks and leave The hunt to the very end of the playthrough. What happens is that after a long time (lots of ingame days) 2 of the neons come back. Suddenly they're there. I didn't notice if the third comes back after The hunt.
PS - Bug or not I think it's kinda cool V and Panam did such a dent on the megamarketing of night city

Yes... Lighning Breaks shuts down the sky beams and it takes them a while in the game to reappear, one by one. Mine are reappearing during the later Judy quests...not The Hunt.
