There needs to be more meat and potatoes

So legendaries aren't an open world drop. Cant even farm for weapons you like. Hell there isnt even a blueprint for the Tamayura handgun. And that's actually the gun I want. Hostile arasaka people don't respawn. And the level cap is too low for the amount of skill checks.
Legendaries need to be more accessible both for clothing/armor and weapons. Fix this shit please.
