There's a Cyberpunk logo on a billboard in-game

There is a rumor saying that sony gave CD Project Red a PS5 dev kit for Cyberpunk. Not sure if it's true or not.

I'd say its not. I dont believe they exist because amd hasnt released their new 7nm gpu yet. Sony said they want to release a new console when generation leaping tech will exist. They arent going to use nvidia its too expensive for a console. They were using Amd and likely will continue to do so, because amd will very surely cut them a nice deal (semi-custom division). Even though the ceo lisa su said that they were releasing a gpu this year they heaven't done any pr yet. So if they do maybe it exist already because it would be far enough along in dev. But if not then its just plain wrong.
Especially since new consoles likely will come in 2020 if what ppl say is right. Its two years away and too early for there to be accurate devkits IMO.
So Even if they don't have a devkit yet its no problem. GTA 5 was crossgen as well and it was a year later. No worries.

Now its all interesting to see what direction theyll go with the one S and the other ps4. will they push the tech further or will they just cut back on the regular xbox one and ps4 ? That it ran on a 1080ti 1080p 60fps dont really mean anything since its too early. Either way its very impressive what they did it seems very improbable to see this quality on a stock xbox one.

Cyberpunk is a thing in universe. The opening monologue of the 2020 rulebook talks about how the term was taken from the old authors. So, it could be like Cyberpunk bars and stuff. Doesn't really ruin the immersion as much as you think. Also, Pre-Alpha content. Could be placeholders.
