Things appearing in-game

Is there a setting that makes things in-game appear earlier? Sometimes, things are just appearing in my face and i don't like that.
I am running at ultra setting so i don't think i should have this problem.

You speak of the more common term "pop-in" . You mean like grass , rocks and bushes appearing right in front of you . Sometimes people do the same thing but it`s more off to the side of the field of view .
What`s your system specs ?

Your system should handle witcher 2 with no problems . This might help a little it will let you change most settings the witcher configurator doesn`t let you have access to . Once changed do not run the witcher configurator at all . Doing so will revert your settings to before you changed them .

Works with GOG version, the game seems more beautiful but i still see some things appearing near. however Its not a really big problem, i think.

With you current specs i don`t think you can eliminate them entirely but instead make it bearable .
