Things Done Changed - Epilogue bug with delamain

Hey, So i found this bug in my last run, its my first time finishing the DLC. In the epilogue quest after talking to the nurse i got the delamain heading to the Viktor's clinic and for no reason theres a car in the middle of the road. The delamain crashe and stop moving, even after finish all the dialogues he wont move.

I tried reloading the last save, realoading an older one before the point of no return and play all the quest again, and still happens.
I never used any mod or any console comand or cheat. Someone knows how to fix it?
Or at least can share me a savefile close to this point, i just want the "the tower" achievment and i dont want to play the whole dlc again for a bug in the last 5 minutes.

Just to know and if you know where it is on the map, can you load a save before starting the endings and go see if there is already a car stuck in the middle of the road?
If there is :
- If you can get in, move it.
- If you can't get in, try to destroy it (blowing it up, push it with another car, shot on it,...)
- Replay the ending.
If there is no car :
- It means the car appear either during the ending, either just before the drive with Delamain. So in this case, there is not much you can do unfortunately (except reporting the issue to the support).

Edit : I know the city pretty well, but hard to say with the screenshot you posted. So if you don't know where it is, I might help if you provide screenshots with better view of the outside/surroundings

Idk exatcly but its the final quest, il link a youtube video without the bug (I couldnt find one glitched as mine):

the travel starts at 24:10
Its on this road, i tried to check out of the quest but i couldnt find the exactly spot

I think the route is roughly this one (start on the highway from the space port to reach Viktor's clinic):

The entire end of the route is the underground road to reach Viktor clinic below mega building H10 (V's apartment). So if you crash into a car after leaving the highway and before entering on the underground road, it should be somewhere in the green line, into the blue circle.

So, i found a "solution" for my problem, when the car hits and the delamain stops, i tried everything, and noticed that everytime i pressed "J" and open de quests menu tu car got a little hit from Delamain, so i pressed again and again until the car explode, and it worked, the car exploded and the travel continued. Not a real solution for the bug, but it worked. Thanks for the help bro
