"Thou shalt no pass" Got Problems!!!!!

So in Velen is a quest called "Thou shalt no pass" but... This quest isn't activating for me anymore because I failed it in very early of the game..!
How can I acquire another pass?

Please Help! And one more Question...

Do you know if it´s possible to delete my savegames on XBOX ONE?

you might have failed ONE way of getting a pass but there is another!
just keep searching about and eventually you will stumble on it....you might try finding some Soldiers up to their necks in mud!!

Just kill the guards at the gate and you're free to come in
