Tip to easily light candles, torches, braziers, etc

Can't believe this took me ~80 hours of play till I found easier way, but if you're like me and like to light all the touches and braziers in dungeons or whatever - but hate how precise you need to position yourself sometime to trigger the ignite tooltip - then there's really cool and fast way to light any object that you can ignite via manual trigger of each object.

Just cast igni on/near it and presto - super fast, object lit.

I know - can use cat potion and I do sometimes but also sometimes like the cool ambience of the dark dungeon without cat potion - but hate the frustrating controls to walk over, position yourself EXACTLY to trigger the ignite interface, etc.

And some objects seems to be really difficult to get the ignite label to appear, like braziers in dungeons that seem sunk into the floor or something - can't believe I wasted so much time trying to light those things the manual way.

That's why the igni sign hovers above unlit braziers when you're looking at them with your witcher senses ;)

Just be careful there aren't guards around when you do it...

Finished the game after 96h, cursing the ridiculous falling damage without knowing you could tap jump to roll and mitigate some of it. Don't worry, some of the mechanics aren't hinted at too obviously.

Omg, what?! GDI - I just learned that now thanks to you. LOL. I just tried it and soooooo much better to roll or flex knees as he lands. Damn damn damn - wish I knew this earlier.

News to me, too! Good to know, thanks.

Now if they'd just move clickable light sources away from characters you can interact with, I'd be a happy bunny...

Braziers are easily lit by igni, torches are not.

A note: Some braziers didn't got the Igni symbol but they could be lit anyway.

You think that's cool?

You can also blow them out by using Aard.
