Is there something in graphic settings I can tweak to reduce the glare? It happens most pronounced in Night City (a) when driving "first person" ( as opposed to camera behind car), and (b) when emerging from a dark area like a tunnel into the light. The glare is so bright it washed out all the details and I can't drive at all.
For that matter, the dark areas are really too dark and it's impossible to make out any details. Flashlights and night vision devices are a thing today so surely it's lore-friendly to have those in the game? Even absent those, one's eye's will adjust to the low light conditions so one should be able to see well enough to move around in a dark room.
