2. Lot's and lot's more content in Expansions and even in base game with our romanceable characters. (Panam, Judy). Also an overhaul of their ai and other named ai characters that allows them to interact with their surroundings. Just give them a few tasks to do set on different conditions, pretty much day and night cycles but for NPC's. (If time = 5pm Judy can either be found in her room, eating, or watching TV) or (If time = 2pm Panam can be found drinking a beer, working on her truck or planning something in the HQ).
3. Post-Game expansions which give us insight to how our decisions throughout the main story affected the world and people around us. Also reflect how the events of the expansion will play out (Example, If Voodoo boys still alive, then have them try and attack us or something).
