Total despair : all saves lost. Any good soul with a Lvl 34 save, just before the end of the main quest ?

Ok the worst has just happened. My SSD died and I've lost all my saves.

I played like 100 hours, I was level 34, all armour sets (mastercrafted) + potions + bombs etc.,

I had few places left to discover in Skellige and Velen, and I was really close to the end : just killed the big guy on Bald Mountain with you know who, during the Sabbath and was starting "Battle Preparations" quest.

If one of you would have a save corresponding to that, you will have my eternal gratitude ))

I tried to play again from the beginning but it's just not possible. I mean I can't spent 100 hours again riding my silly horse everywhere, barely naked, as weak as a lamb, and go to places I already know. But it will be hard to live without playing the end of the quest.....

So, does anyone has that magical save ?

I find that ironic since many people on this forum spent months clamoring for a NG+ feature so that they could do exactly that, "spend 100 hours again riding [their] silly horse everywhere, barely naked, as weak as a lamb, and go to places [they] already know." Well, maybe the "naked as a lamb" part isn't entirely accurate, but still ...

Except NG+ has a levelled up Geralt with all his abilities carrying over

Hey, I'm uploading about 50mb worth of saves from that general period in the game. I believe the earliest is on Bald Mountain right after killing Imlerith and the last in the archive is on Skellige shortly before entering the home stretch. Regarding Geralt, started in TW1 and remained generally neutral, although with scoia'tael sympathies. In TW2 took Iorveth's path and saved Saskia (for all the good it did) and in TW3 I chose Yen and was generally a really good dad to Ciri; supported her, believed in her, etc. So if that's what you want: ENJOY

Your save is really close to what I had. I can play again and I'll get to the end , thanks to you.
I know what you did to get to this point with a mastercrafted set and almost all places discovered. I played exactly like you: taking my time, enjoying, dealing with hundreds of complicated little things and slowly reaching the end of the main quest... with a smile

Whitelion1284, that's amazing, one of your save is very close to DarkGTX's one and to the one I've lost.
So what I said to him definitely applies to you too, seriously you guys deserve my eternal gratitude
