Tower out of no where....

It's still not fixed in in this patch, for me at least. The last side quest that I have to do in the entire game. I would of liked to beat it before I start my new game plus. I'm not whining, just saying. Anybody else?

Is this the bug after freeing that guy behind the magic barrier?
i could sole it by waking through the whole cave again, somewhen i came back he suddenly began to talk.

got no issues on this one thankfully
